Petter is internationally renowned for his avant-garde style of food, inspired by the old Swedish peasant culture. He was the head chef of La Gazzetta in Paris – one of the city’s most celebrated neo-bistros – before his contemporary and innovative cooking style is started revolutionising the Nordic cuisine.
